RATES & POLICIES
- $550 per hour
- Rate covers first 35 guests
- Flat rate of $25 per additional passenger after 35
- 3hr Minimum before 6pm, 2hr minimum after
- Maximum Capacity 50 guests
RESTLESS NATIVE 50 PAX
A LIL RESTLESS 15 PAX
- $305 per hr for up to 6 passengers
- $10 per hour, per additional passenger
- 3hr Minimum before 6pm, 2hr minimum after
- Maximum Capacity 15 guests
ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY FOR HOLIDAYS & HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
PAYMENT TERMS
- A credit/debit card is required at the time of reservation as a guarantee, regardless of your preferred payment method
- A non-refundable $25 administration fee will be charged to the card upon booking
- All charter fees — including additional guests, catering, bar, corkage, and gratuity — are due after the trip and can be paid by cash, Visa, MasterCard, or direct deposit
- Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee
GRATUITIES
- Gratuity is not included in your charter cost, but is very much appreciated by our hard-working staff. This can be paid either in cash or credit card at the conclusion of your charter
- Gratuity can also be added to the final invoice for your convenience. Gratuities added to invoices will be at 15% unless we are instructed otherwise.
CANCELATIONS
- 1 hour of the charter rate will be charged for cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice
- 50% of the total charter price will be charged for cancellations with less than 1 week notice
- 100% of the total charter price will be charged for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice
- In the event of severe weather (thunder or heavy rain), the captain will make a day-of decision — if we cancel due to weather, your charter will be rescheduled at no additional cost
PICK-UP / DROP-OFF LOCATIONS
- Available from any accessible dock including/between Hamilton and Dockyard.
- Pick up/ drop off East of Hamilton is subject to additional delivery costs and sea conditions.
