We are a sailing company that offers catamaran charters & excursions in the heart of Bermuda. We offer a wide variety of adventures, from private cruises and sunset sails to full day excursions! We specialise in providing a unique personal experience with a high level of customer/ guest service. We wish to share our passion for the water with those around us; we introduce our customers to everything Bermuda's maritime experience has to offer, from tranquility to adventure!

We’re looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people to share their passion for Bermuda with our clients. We are currently looking for captains & crew for our sailing charters, and shore excursions onboard both of our vessels. 

 

Important Details:
Seasonal Work, we operate April - November
Must be willing to work nights, weekends & holidays

CAPTAIN

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable charter boat captain with a successful and safe record. Someone who can motivate and train deck crew while providing consistency in our charter/excursions operations. We are looking for someone who will ensure we can deliver our promises to our clients with exemplary customer service. Someone who can communicate with our operations staff, maintain excellent relationships with the Coast Guard, customers, and co-workers; someone who understands accountability, responsibility. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The overall safety of the boat, equipment, and all charter clients on board.

  • Must have social and customer service skills to provide clients with an enjoyable and fun experience.

  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the boat and equipment and delegating crew duties

  • Keeping track and maintaining bar stock, cleaning supplies and fuelling the vessel

  • Basic boat and engine maintenance

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Safety conscious

  • Experience working in guest services/ customer relations/ hospitality/ entertainment industry

  • Engaging personality 

  • Positive attitude

  • Boat experience

  • CPR & First Aid Certified

  • A&B Pilots License, or in the process of earning one.

DECK HAND

We ’re looking for enthusiastic, safety conscious, and outgoing people to share their passion for Bermuda with our clients. You will be helping the captain operate the boat in line handling, docking and sailing, entertain the guests, act as host and storyteller sharing the history of the island, as well as anticipating the guest’s needs, and ensuring they have a wonderful and unforgettable time!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Helping preparing boat for clients (ensure everything is ready for the charter)

  • Help sail the boat and handle lines while docking

  • Help ensure the guest are enjoying their sail

  • Assist in guest services, bartending, handing out and packing away gear/water toys, sharing stories and knowledge and passion for Bermuda

  • Maintaining and cleaning of the boats, bar area, bathrooms, ect.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Safety conscious

  • Experience working in guest services/ customer relations/ hospitality/ entertainment industry

  • Engaging personality 

  • Positive attitude

  • CPR & First Aid Certified

Desirable Qualifications

  • Boat experience

  • A&B Pilots License, or in the process of earning one.

  • TIPS Certification

OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are currently looking for a Charter Operations Manager. Successful applicant will be responsible for managing day-to-day charter operations, liaising with guests, and organising staff. 

Applicant must be customer service focused and have the ability to communicate clearly and 
professionally with clients and staff. This position requires
excellent time management and organisational skills to
accomplish the objectives effectively and
within the given time frame. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Helping to prepare boat for clients (ensure everything is ready for the charter)

  • Maintaining boat / bar stock

  • Organising Staff & boat schedule 

  • Answering calls, emails, and taking bookings 

  • Charter invocies 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Experience working in guest services/ customer relations/ hospitality/ entertainment industry

  • Positive attitude

  • Organisational and time management skills

  • Excel efficient
